Escobar Legal P.A. is a Miami boutique law firm advising individuals, families, entrepreneurs and closely held companies on the legal and tax questions that follow wealth, business and property across borders.
The firm is defined by the experience of its founder, Leopoldo Escobar, a tax attorney with more than twenty years of practice in the United States, Europe and Latin America, who served as partner and head of the tax and estate planning department of a prominent Miami-based law firm from 2018 to 2023. That background shapes how we work: senior attention on every matter, direct access to the lawyer handling your file, and advice written to be acted upon.
What began as a tax and estate planning practice has grown with our clients. Today a significant part of our work is corporate and real estate — forming and structuring companies, documenting transactions, and closing residential and commercial property in Florida for domestic and foreign owners — always integrated with the tax and estate planning that gives those decisions their long-term shape.
We serve clients throughout the United States and Latin America, and we work in English and Spanish.
